Finding healthy sweets and treats can be a challenge, but I think I have the perfect dessert to help curve your sweet tooth! This healthy brownie alternative can be perfect for weekend movie nights, after dinner or tricking your little ones into a healthy sweet surprise.

Would you believe there are only FOUR ingredients?!

Let's just say dreams do come true!

Here are the quick and easy steps to achieve this brownie bliss:

1. Combine all ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mashed Sweet Potatoes

  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter

  • I/4 cup Cocoa Powder

  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup

2. Stir all ingredients together creating brownie batter.

3. Place brownie batter into baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

4. Let sit and cool then, enjoy!
