Pizza lovers only.


Are you a pizza lover like me? It's just something about it that I cannot say no to. Pizza is one of those meals that gathers family and friends no matter the occasion. You can always count on good laughs and great memories to be made with a slice of pizza!


Here is a recipe with a healthier twist! Simple ingredients and bold flavor.

  • 1 Portobella Cap

  • 3 Tablespoons of Pizza Sauce

  • 1/4 cup of Cheese

  • Pinch of Salt, Oregano, Basil & Red Pepper Flakes

  • Olive Oil


  1. Clean off mushroom with a wet paper towel and drizzle both sides with olive oil.

  2. Take a pinch of salt and place inside of mushroom, then place in air fryer for about 2 minutes on each side. (this meal can be cooked in the oven)

  3. Add pizza sauce and cheese then place back in air fryer until cheese is melted.

  4. Add oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes to the top of the pizza and enjoy!


This meal is dairy and gluten free.
